Is there any age or any other restrictions to get CST?
Anyone can take CST – including new-borns, pregnant women and the elderly.
Do you need a licence to practice CST?
In India, you don’t need a licence right now, but there are schools like the Health Decoded that train practitioners.
Does it Require Medical Background?
No, you don’t need to have a medical background. However, you will be required to learn basic anatomy which will be taught in the workshop itself.
What do traditional doctors have to say about CST?
A lot of allopathic, homoeopathic, and ayurvedic doctors now work with trained CST therapists to help their patients get better in more natural and healthy ways. They choose to try CST treatments first before they look into more invasive procedures.
How can I learn this therapy?
There is no other training like Health Decoded’s Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner Training that we know of. It blends strong and deep spiritual practices with what we know about Craniosacral therapy, which has been around for more than one hundred years.
Our workshop is spread out over 20 months and will be held in nine classes. Eight seminars over the course of five days each.
Over the course of 20 months, the training includes about 750 hours of learning. There are a total of 750 hours of training. This includes 345 hours of guided classroom training, 200 45-minute home practice sessions, 10 hours of personal Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy treatment experience, about 250 hours of home study, and two case study projects.
They are determined to teach the subject as an experience, not just an idea. Their classes are held in places that are peaceful, beautiful, and quiet, which are ideal for learning and experiencing these deep processes.
